Travel & Public Liability Insurance

1. Travel Insurance Responsibility

Travel insurance is not included in the services provided by In2germany unless explicitly stated in the confirmed booking documentation.

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to obtain sufficient travel insurance coverage for the full duration of their trip.

We strongly recommend that Clients arrange comprehensive travel insurance that includes, at a minimum:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical treatment and emergency repatriation

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Personal liability

Such insurance should be arranged independently by the Client and tailored to their specific needs and travel plans.

 

2. Company Liability and Insurance

In2germany is committed to the safety and satisfaction of its clients. As a Germany-based travel service provider, we maintain public liability insurance that covers incidents for which the company may be legally responsible during the provision of its services.

This insurance offers a supplementary level of protection in the event of damage or injury directly caused by our activities. It is not a substitute for personal travel insurance, which remains the responsibility of the Client.

3. Client Acknowledgment and Limitation of Liability

By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • In2germany's public liability insurance is limited to events for which the company may bear legal responsibility in the scope of its service provision.

  • The Client remains independently responsible for insuring against all other risks commonly associated with travel.

  • In2germany is not liable for disruptions or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to third-party service failures, force majeure events, or the Client’s own actions or decisions.

 

4. Insurance Support

While In2germany does not offer or sell insurance products, we may provide general information or refer Clients to reputable third-party insurance providers upon request. Such support is non-binding and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
